Building for Cancer Prevention: Designing Facilities for Early Detection and Treatment

We are closing out Cancer Prevention Month with a vital reminder: early detection saves lives!

Dr. Carlos Paz, MD, PhD, specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, an effective technique for treating skin cancer with minimal scarring and quick recovery. With a legacy of training that traces directly back to Dr. Frederic E. Mohs himself, Dr. Paz ensures patients get expert care with life-changing results.

Skin Cancer is increasingly prevalent in the US, especially here in the Central Valley, as our farmers and outdoor workers are at even greater risk. Wearing sunscreen, reducing sun exposure, and scheduling annual skin exams are key to early detection and saving lives.

We’re proud to partner with @pazdermatology to build a new state-of-the-art Skin Cancer Surgery Center in Visalia, bringing cutting-edge care to even more people in the Central Valley.
